knock, and someone answers.

how to reach us

There's one door, and it's always open. Write to us and tell us what's happening — the more you can share, the sooner we can help. If something's broken, a note about your phone or browser and what you were trying to do helps us find it fast.

Email the studio

hello@dacha.town

We read every message ourselves. No ticket numbers, no phone trees, no bots pretending to care.

A few lines that help us help you: what you were trying to do; where you were — the web app, or which room; your device and browser (say, iPhone + Safari, or a laptop + Chrome); and a screenshot if you have one. None of it is required — even a one-line "this button won't open" is a perfectly good letter.

a few questions, answered

The small things people tend to ask, kept short and honest. If yours isn't here, write to us — that's what the door is for.

What is Our Dacha?

Our Dacha is a private app for exactly two people — a little world you keep together. Its home is a calm dashboard of cozy places: a rustic dacha you move through room by room, a town just beyond it, your moods, letters and photos, a daily question, gifts from a little Lunari-coin economy, games for two, and a living matryoshka called Nested Us that grows with you. It's a place, not a feed. A little place, just for us.

Is it really just for two people?

Yes — and we mean it as the whole point, not a limitation. Our Dacha holds exactly two. There are no followers to gather, no audience to perform for, no numbers to chase. The house is built for one couple to live in, together. That's the entire idea, and we're not planning to change it.

Is my data private?

Private by design, from the foundations up. The backend is self-hosted and access-controlled row by row, so your dacha is reachable by exactly the two of you and no one else. There are no ads, no trackers selling your evenings to strangers, and no public feed your moments could leak into. Even this website shows nothing real about anyone — every photo, note, and name you see in our marketing is made up. You can read the details on our Privacy page.

How do I use it right now?

Our Dacha already runs in your browser — no download, no waiting. Open dachalove.com, sign in, and step inside. It works on your phone, tablet, and computer, and when the iOS and Android apps arrive, your dacha will be waiting there exactly as you left it. Nothing to migrate; same home, more doors in.

When are the iOS and Android apps coming?

They're on the way — coming soon to the Apple App Store and Google Play. We're a tiny studio, so rather than promise a date we might have to take back, we'll say this honestly: the web app at dachalove.com is the real thing, available today, and the mobile apps are being made by hand to feel just as at-home. The fastest way to hear the moment they land is to write to us and ask.

How do I delete my account or my data?

It's yours, and leaving should be as easy as arriving. You can ask us to delete your account and everything in it at any time — just email hello@dacha.town from the address on your account and let us know. We'll confirm, then permanently remove your data. Do note that a dacha is shared: deleting your side closes the home you kept together, so it's a kind thing to mention to your partner first.

a small studio, real people

Our Dacha is made by hand at Dacha Town, an independent studio small enough to count on one hand. Your message doesn't disappear into a queue — it lands with the people who actually build the place. We try to reply within a few days, sometimes the same evening; if it takes us a little longer, it's only because we're a handful of folks doing the work ourselves, not because you've been forgotten.

Thank you for spending your time in a quiet little house we made. — Dacha Town
